We all have a busy lifestyle and sometimes things happen that may cause you to need to re-schedule your appointment with us. Our policy is as follows…
If you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, we request at least a 24-hour notice.
Prior to 24-hours there will be no service fee.
Less than 24-hours notice there will be a 50% of service fee.
A “no-show” with no notice will be full cost of treatment time.
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to re-schedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to re-schedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “no-show” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service.
And to protect our clients…if there is a weather or health emergency that will cause us to have to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, we will give you 50% off your next service.
