Cancellation Policy

We all lead busy lives, and sometimes circumstances arise that necessitate appointment rescheduling with us. Our policy regarding cancellations and no-show situations is as follows: 


If you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, we kindly request at least a 24-hour cancellation notice. 


If you notify us more than 24 hours in advance, there will be no service fee. 


However, if you provide less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% service fee will apply. 


A “no-show” without any notice will incur the full cost of the treatment time. 


Please be aware that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time. We will make every effort to assist with timely appointment rescheduling. If we do not receive any communication from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a “no-show,” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service. 


To protect our clients, if a weather or health emergency arises that requires us to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, you will receive a 50% discount on your next service.
